I plan to buy a new boiler and so as not to bring the exhaust on the roof, I am directing a Baxi condensing. I put a wall on the outside balcony (facing east). I live in Bari, and the temperature never falls far below 0 degrees. The apartment is 90 sqm. and I would be able to have a good amount of ACS. What model do you suggest? Thanks.

fourtech The F 24 is not reviewed on our site because it is not yet included among the boilers for sale. For boilers we can offer BAXI LUNA 240 3 Comfort Fi or simply LUNA 3240 Fi, which are boilers with a build quality content much higher than the base model Fourtech, the difference between the boilers is abysmal.
